HoNESt partner Natalia Melnikova (RAS) took part in the conference “Nuclear Technopolitics in the Soviet Union and Beyond”, Tübingen, Germany, March 22-23, 2018 with a report "Nuclear Energy in the USSR/Russia as a point of crossing the State and the Society, Local and international". The Cahiers du Monde Russe are willing to publish a complete special issue on the topic of this conference (December 2019, volume 60, issue 2–3).
