Information on the Event
The HoNESt Consortium meets at Universitad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, for a two-day meeting (6/7 October 2016). Researchers will present and discuss the first round of findings from the empirical, historical research phase compiled in the country reports. These findings will be refined in the autumn.
The meeting has two purposes:
1) First, to put together and draw first comparative conclusions from the various histories. What are the commonalities and differences between national stories? What are the transnational connections? How can we take these findings further, towards more specific and in-depth research and publications.
2) Second, to further the interdisciplinary discussion: What are the additional information needs of the social science team? Which first observations and findings will be amenable for a first round of stakeholder engagement?
