HoNEST at the NNL Lunchtime Lecture Series

Dr John Whitton and Dr Ioan Charnley-Parry will be delivering a lecture on the HoNESt project and its overall findings at this time, focusing in particular upon the social science aspects of the project, to an audience of nuclear industry stakeholders.

This lecture will be delivered on the 11th October 2017 as part of the National Nuclear Laboratory Lunchtime Lecture Series, at NNL headquarters at Risley in Warrington, U.K., and broadcast NNL staff around the UK.

Stuart Butler offers History lessons on Euratom and the UK in the Guardian

HoNESt's researcher Stuart Butler analyses how the 60-year relationship with Euratom offers hard lessons for Brexit negotiators. The news piece was published in the Guardian and focuses on the miscalculation politicians have always made in negotiating European treaties.

Drawing on HoNESt research insights on the British experience and the troublesome relation with Europe, Science Museum researcher Stuart Butler writes on Euratom and Britain.
